1 Granny Smith Apple (sliced)
1/2 pint Strawberries (cut in quarters)
4oz Dried Cranberries
4oz Walnuts (chopped)
1 Avocado (diced)
1 Mango (diced)
1 Small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
1 Romaine Lettuce head (shredded)
1/2 bag Spring Mix
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1 (10 ounce jar) Seedless Raspberry Jam
2 pinches Sea Salt
2 pinches Black Pepper
2 tbsp Water
1. Combine the olive oil, rice vinegar, raspberry jam, sea salt, black pepper, and stir briskly until uniform. Store in the refrigerator for 15-20 mins.
2. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl toss to mix the fruits and nuts add a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Remove salad dressing from refrigerator and drizzle onto salad!
